It’s free, you don’t need to know which council looks after the street, and you can see what your neighbours have already reported so you don’t report it twice. More reports in an area often means people there are good at speaking up, not that it is worse kept.

Where the figures come from

Street reports and fixes come from FixMyStreet, run by the charity mySociety, through its public Open311 feed. We keep only the kind of problem, where and when it was reported, and whether it has been fixed, and link to the report itself. We never store the name of the person who reported it, their words or their photos. Street names come from OpenStreetMap. Our figures start on 17 Sept, so “the last month” may be a little shorter for now.
