Me Babber shows information from public records about places near a postcode. It’s free to use. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The information
We take the information from public sources (listed on where the data comes from) and show it as we find it. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and headlines are our short summary of the original. It isn’t legal, financial, property or safety advice. Check the original record, linked on every item, before you rely on anything.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any loss caused by relying on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t use the site to harass anyone, don’t try to break it, and don’t copy large parts of it automatically. If you want the underlying data, the original sources are open and listed on the sources page.

The email is free and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. See privacy for what we keep.
Ads
When we carry adverts they’ll always be clearly labelled. An advert isn’t a recommendation.

The site’s design, words and code are ours. The records belong to their publishers and are used under their licences.
