Form new opening in wall between kitchen and dining room, new restored plaster ceiling rose in dining room, remove and repair damaged area of cornicing in hallway, repair and refurbish French doors to principle elevation, apply Limewash Keim paint to principle elevation (in a pale stone colour to match no.7) and installation of new solar panels at roof level.
