Approved: Tree work at The Longhouse Totnes Road Strete
T004: Acacia Tree - Removal of tree is specified at para 200 of the Schedule of Works forming part of the PP and LBC application. The Plans show it to be cut down and the roots grubbed out. Proposals are to plant 2 palm trees (sub-species yet to be chosen), as mature trees: 18-20cms containerised, plus a Metrosideros Robusta (Northern Rata) to be grown from seed.
