Tree 1 London plane - Requires crown lift of the small diameter branches above the front car park and near to the main entrance to the theatre. Ideally 5 metre clearance is required for delivery vehicles and coaches. Small diameter branches that are close to the building need pruning to give 2 metre clearance. Remove deadwood from higher up and inspect the tree for signs of hollowing or disease.
