Approved: Planning application at Merchants Hall, Clifton Down
Boundary amendment to rear of Merchants Hall and erection of new timber garden fencing. The Merchants' Hall garden is proposed to be reduced by approximately 112 sq.m (12.5%) to afford the residential mews buildings a small garden to the rear of the property and remedy the existing condition which has residential mews windows overlooking the Merchants' Hall garden.
