Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for Proposed Works to a Listed Building: Rear wall render failing needs repairing where damp patches are now affecting the inside of the building. Failed Lime render will be replaced with new Lime render (same colour to match existing) and fit in with the rest of the building.
